DELEGATES OF THE UNESCO CREATIVE CITIES CONFERENCE 2019
REGISTRATION AND ACCOMODATION:
Using the credentials provided by the organization , delegates will be able to register and book their accomodation for the 2019 UNESCO Creative Cities Conference in Fabriano through a dedicated platform: we kindly advise to register and book by April 20th, 2019.
Each member of a delegation should fill informations required in the Registration Form: hotel accomodation can be booked both individually and in groups.
Other accomodations, such as B&Bs and country houses, are also available, to be contacted directly by delegates.
All the accomodations have reserved special prices for UNESCO delegates.
RESERVED AREA:
Through the Reserved Area, delegates using the credentials provided by the organization can access the agenda and the working documents of the conference.
TRAVEL INFORMATION:
Please contact the Fabriano Secretariat (segreteria@unescofabriano2019.org) at your earliest convenience to provide your flight details. Once received the travel information, the Team in Fabriano will be glad to help the delegates in facilitating their arrival to the city.
You may wish to know that the closest international airports to reach the city are:
– The International Airport of the Marche Region “Raffaello Sanzio” (AOI), Falconara, located about 50 km from Fabriano;
-The International Airport “Leonardo Da Vinci”, (FCO), Rome Fiumicino, located about 220 km from the city;
-The International Airport of Rome Ciampino (CIA), about 240 km from Fabriano;
-The International Airport “G. Marconi” (BLQ), Bologna, located about 230 km from the city;

1) ANCONA-FALCONARA AIRPORT
–By taxi (approx. 100 Euros, 45 minutes);
–By train, from Ancona or Falconara Marittima train station (about 5 Euros). Take the train to Fabriano, that is located on the main Ancona-to-Rome line;
2) ROME FIUMICINO AIRPORT
–By train, take the Leonardo Express train from the Airport station to Roma Termini station (approx. 14 Euros, 30 minutes). Take the train to Fabriano station (Frecciabianca, approx. 30 Euros, 3 hours);
–By car rental, take Grande Raccordo Anulare / A90, A1, dir Firenze / E35, Exit Orte E/45 dir. Perugia/Cesena destionation Fabriano OVEST (approx. 2.30 hours);
3) ROME CIAMPINO AIRPORT
–By train, take the Shuttle Bus train from the Airport station to Roma Termini station (approx. 6 Euros, 45 minutes). Take the train to Fabriano station (Frecciabianca, approx. 30 Euros, 3 hours);
–By car rental, take Grande Raccordo Anulare / A90, A1, dir Firenze / E35, Exit Orte E/45 dir. Perugia/Cesena destination Fabriano OVEST (approx. 2.30 hours);
4) BOLOGNA AIRPORT
–By train, take the Bus train from the Airport station to Bologna station (approx. 6 Euros, 25 minutes). Take the train to Fabriano station (Frecciabianca, approx. 20 Euros, 2 hours);
–By car rental, take A1/E45, exit Ancona Nord – ss76, Rome direction, exit Fabriano EST (approx. 2.40 hours);
4) PERUGIA AIRPORT
–By taxi (approx. 100 Euros, 45 minutes);
–By car rental, take SS. 318 dir. Ancona / Cesena exit Fabriano OVEST (approx. 45 minutes);
