OBLIGATION OF PROVIDING DATA

Providing data marked with a star (*) is compulsory in order to receive the required information. For this reason, if this data has not been provided, the Company will not be able to fulfil the corresponding requests.

RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

Data can be transferred to persons acting as Data Controllers (including supervisory and control authorities alongside any public entity authorised to request data) or processed on behalf of the Company by persons designated as Data processors with appropriate operating instructions. RIGHTS OF THE PERSONS CONCERNED – RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH A SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

If the processing of data is based on consent or on a contract and it has been completed through automated tools, persons concerned have the right to receive their data in a structured format, of common usage and readability, on an automated device. In addition to this, if it is technically feasible, they are allowed to transfer them to another person concerned.

Persons concerned have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the member state in which they normally live or work, within the country where this alleged infringement took place.
